§ I The Context Where this began

Twelve trades, thirty-two cities, four ROC licenses, twenty-five years of work. And an operations layer still running on phone calls, spreadsheets, and PDFs. The brief: one screen, one loop. Address to PO. Nine steps.

§ II The Pith The thirty

§ III The System The nine-step loop

Most construction software is feature-laundry. Platinum runs one loop. And stops. No feed. No invoicing. No portal. No "AI insights." The discipline was in what we didn't build.

  1. I Address. Type. Search. Pinpoint the property on the map.
  2. II Measure. Perimeter, drop pins, multi-scope. Toggle between roof and stucco.
  3. III Substrate. Acrylic, shingle, tile, TPO, EIFS. Material selection by trade.
  4. IV Labor. Market-aware rates. Kingman, Phoenix, Las Vegas. Each its own sheet.
  5. V Color. Drip edge, finish. Added before PO generation, not after.
  6. VI PO. Generated from scope and pushed to the responsible crew lead.
  7. VII Schedule. Load is accepted, scheduled, removed from inventory model.
  8. VIII Submit. Installer uploads photos, submits scope. Supervisor approves.
  9. IX Payroll. Approved scope flows to HR. The loop closes.
